Rediff has a good timeline on Mohanlal's acting career. What always impresses me about Mohanlal is his apparent ease in acting comedy, tough hero and artistic roles. Amazing to put it mildly. Read another informative post on Mohan Lal's 25 years by JK at Varnam.
But I just have to pour this out here, Bharatam could have done without that "thumbs up" scene! Ah, much better.

Why do
- people press the zebra crossing button a dozen times or so? Do they think that pressing it more times would make the signals change in their favor faster?
- not-so-great-looking gals look at you as if you are a sex maniac when you offer an umbrella to them when they are standing soaking wet in rain while stunning gals accept it with a sweet smile?
